Morgan Stanley buys science park building for £50.1m

Morgan Stanley has bought 101 Cambridge Science Park from a client of LaSalle Investment Management for £50.1m. Arranged over three floors, the 79,990 sq ft office building is let to companies including Citrix, Huawei and Grant Thornton.
