Moorfield Logistics Partnership has sold Poundstretcher’s former Huddersfield logistics facility to a US-based REIT.
The West Yorkshire facility was sold to WP Carey, a net lease REIT, for £29m on behalf of Moorfield Real Estate Fund III.
