Montagu Evans has completed a £36m hat trick of retail investments on behalf of two investment funds it set up last year.
Fusion Securities purchased the 94,000 sq ft (8,733 sq m) Greyfriars Shopping Centre in Carmarthen, Wales for £16.5m.
