Moda Living has been selected to build a 40-storey tower in Liverpool Waters, as it prepares to submit plans for the first residential component of the NOMA masterplan in Manchester.
Angel Gardens will provide 455 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom flats in a 36-storey tower.
Moda Living – a new partnership between Caddick Developments and Generate Land – has also agreed terms with the Peel Group at Liverpool Waters on a 40-storey residential tower with 325 units.
The joint venture said it has 2,750 homes in its pipeline with a development value of £580m, and it is in negotiations for a further 2,000.
Estates Gazette revealed this month that Caddick had been selected as preferred bidder to buy the City One site in Leeds for £10m.
Speaking about the Manchester project, Moda Living director Johnny Caddick said: “Our development pipeline will focus primarily on UK cities which we feel present the greatest opportunities. We have more than 2,750 units under our control and we are in negotiation on further sites in key regional cities including Birmingham, Leeds, Edinburgh, Bristol, Glasgow and Liverpool.”
CBRE is retained as residential investment agent.
