Moda is partnering with celebrity designer Naomi Cleaver to design the internal fittings of its future schemes.
Cleaver has designed student housing and co-living schemes, and presented Channel 4’s Grand Designs: Trade Secrets and Honey I Ruined the House.
Her first scheme with Moda will be its £153m Angel Gardens development in Manchester city centre, due to launch in 2019.
Cleaver said: “There’s huge potential for companies like Moda to properly disrupt housing by creating a genuine lifestyle brand that delivers service, cuts hassle and amplifies all the great things about city living.”
