Mitsubishi Estate confirms sale of City office block

Mitsubishi Estate London has confirmed the sale of 8 Finsbury Circus, EC2, to a subsidiary of Singapore’s Stamford Land Corporation for £260m. The 180,000 sq ft office building was redeveloped by Mitsubishi Estate London and Stanhope in 2016 and is
