Mike Hollows, head of land and property at the North West Regional Development Agency, has laid out his priorities for Manchester during the coming year.
Speaking to Stacey Meadwell at this year’s MIPIM, Hollows said the NWDA is equally interested in hard infrastructure as it is in dealing with the businesses which drive economic progress.

He added: “You might say getting stuff out of the ground is a means to an end – the buildings accommodate the businesses and the jobs which deliver the economic growth.”
