Ivanhoe Cambridge and Greycoat Real Estate have let a further 72,000 sq ft at their newly refurbished Minster Building, EC3.
Flexible workspace provider Spaces has agreed to take around 37,000 sq ft over the ground and sixth floors of the 300,000 sq ft building. On the fourth floor Tower Research Capital has agreed to take 17,500 sq ft and Make it Cheaper has signed for 17,300 sq ft.
Rents in the building average around £60 per sq ft.
