Milligan partners with former L&G Homes boss

Developer Milligan Retail has teamed up with James Lidgate, former chief executive of Legal & General’s housing arm L&G Homes, on its residential strategy. Lidgate’s new consultancy business Wraxhall will advise Milligan on housing matters within its mixed-use projects.
