Mileway buys 138,000 sq ft logistics hub

Mileway has bought a 138,000 sq ft logistics facility in Purfleet, to the east of London, as part of a sale-and-leaseback from transportation provider DSV Road. It is understood that Mileway acquired the property, which serves as DSV’s UK headquarters,
