Chase Commercial has unveiled plans for a new retail-led development in Bromsgrove, West Midlands.
Brook Retail Park, which is funded by a £4.5m investment and development loan from the Royal Bank of Scotland, includes two retail units of 25,000 sq ft and 9,000 sq ft, and parking for 161 cars.
The units will be occupied by DIY chain Homebase and Pets at Home respectively.
The scheme is being built on the derelict site of the former Barpro factory on Sherwood Road and is due for completion in February, ready for the retailers to occupy the units in spring 2014.
