M&G buys Thamesmead business park

M&G Real Estate has bought Birchmere Business Park in Thamesmead, SE28, from the Milton Group. The park was bought for £12.25m, reflecting a net initial yield of 3.7%. The site measures 91,511 sq ft and is let to Harris Installation
