Housing associations Metropolitan and Thames Valley Housing have completed their merger to form Metropolitan Thames Valley.
The combined company has 57,000 homes spread across London, the South East, East Midlands and East of England.
Chief executive Geeta Nanda said: “Housing is at the centre of many of society’s challenges and this partnership is the start of an exciting journey.
“We will be firmly focused on improving things for our customers and communities – current and future. We will have a great local offer for people, and will build the right partnerships to achieve our goals. We will also deliver towards 2,000 homes a year, approximately 80% of which will be affordable.”
