The first tenants have been secured for Atlantic Property Development's £25m speculative 18-acre leisure scheme in Merthyr, South Wales.
Vue Cinemas has agreed to open a 20,000 sq ft, eight-screen complex, while Travelodge has signed for a 58-bedroom hotel.
