Merrill Lynch raises Crest Nicholson recommendation

Merrill Lynch has raised its recommendation in Crest Nicholson to an intermediate term "buy" from "neutral" following the company's impressive annual results.

Its long-term stance remains "accumulate".

Fletcher King's share price remained unchanged at 42.5p following a fall on Tuesday.
