MEPC teams up with rival Cardiff developer Rightacres

MEPC is to join forces with south Wales developer Rightacres to speculatively build a 90,000 sq ft office building at Callaghan Square, Cardiff.

This will be the second phase of the five-year-old scheme, formerly known as Bute Square, where MEPC
