MEPC has signed up biotech company Chiroscience for Granta Park, its 35.61ha (88 acre) research park in Cambridge. Chiroscience will leave its current premises in Cambridge's Science Park and take a 20-year lease on 9,000 sq m (97,000 sq ft)
