MEPC secures two deals at Chineham Park

 

MEPC has let more than 20,000 sq ft of offices in two deals at its Chineham Park in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

Micro P, the IT distributor, has taken 17,543 sq ft in the Elmwood area of the park at a rent of £17 per sq ft on a 10-year term.

Micro P is a tenant on the park and needed larger premises to support its business growth. 

Elsewhere Sanden International (Europe) Ltd, a global first class supplier of automotive and commercial cooling and heating technology and currently based at the neighbouring Hampshire International Business Park, is to relocate to 4,320 sq ft in the ground floor of Rosewood at Chineham Park at a rent equating to £16.50 per sq ft. 

Sanden has completed a 10-year lease, which incorporates a break after six years.
