MEPC has unveiled a revised vision for the £500m Silverstone Business Park in Northamptonshire.
The plans comprise as much as 1.3m sq ft of offices, 700,000 sq ft of research & development space and three hotels.
Dowley Turner Real Estate has begun marketing the first 80,000 sq ft of standing industrial stock.
National and international businesses in the high-performance engineering and manufacturing sector will be targeted in a bid to create a “Silicon Valley of the motor sport industry in the UK”, said DTRE partner James Watson.
MEPC bought the 999-year leasehold from the British Racing Drivers’ Club for £32m in September 2013.
