Melburg buys Bekaert’s Bradford HQ

Melburg Capital has purchased the Bekaert manufacturing HQ in an off-market deal. The 110,000 sq ft industrial facility is located on Park House Road, Bradford. It had a short-term lease expiry to Bekaert, but was extended for another 15 years
