The 15 nominees for the 2016 Estates Gazette Rising Star award were photographed last week at the Zaha Hadid Design Gallery in Clerkenwell, EC1.
From start-ups to agents and from developers to tech entrepreneurs, the shortlisted Rising Stars represented real estate’s most promising young stars.
This year the award is dedicated to legendary Iraqi architect Dame Zaha Hadid, who died suddenly in March at the age of 65.
