Software company Tech Mahindra has signed for 26,000 sq ft of offices at Peel L&P and Legal & General’s MediaCityUK, in Manchester.
The India-headquartered tech giant is relocating to The Vic from its premises at Laser House in Salford Quays, as part of its expansion plans.
EG understands that the quoting rent for The Vic is circa £20 per sq ft.
Tech Mahindra made its debut in the city in 2018 as a result of the Manchester-India Partnership, which launched during the same year to boost trade, investment, science and innovation relations between both markets.
Tech Mahindra also has offices in Bristol, Crewe, Ipswich, London, and Milton Keynes.
