McLaren to build Clapham retirement village

McLaren has been appointed to build Audley Group’s £51m retirement village development in Clapham, SW4. Audley formed a joint venture with Apache Capital last year to deliver the retirement village, called Nightingale Place, which is expected to complete in 2020.
