Dunlop Haywards’ former City head of valuations, Ian McGarry has been charged in a long-running Serious Fraud Office investigation into Birmingham mortgage fraud.
On 1 December McGarry, 40, from St Albans in Hertfordshire, was charged with two offences of conspiracy
