Mayfair Capital inks £110m deal for L&G’s Bonhill

Mayfair Capital has agreed to buy the Bonhill Building in Shoreditch from Legal & General for around £110m. The fund manager is under offer to buy the office building. L&G bought the 114,543 sq ft building for £62.6m in 2014,
