Matterport has partnered with studio VRPM to provide technology that creates a 3D model of how an empty space could look when fully furnished.
The new virtual staging technology can be used by agents and developers looking to market unfurnished or vacant homes and commercial space.
The 3D model can be created within 96 hours, and housebuilder Mulberry Homes has already used the service.
RJ Pittman, chief executive at Matterport, said: “For property owners and tenants alike, space planning and staging have long been essential to the industry.
“Until now there has never been a scalable, easy to use platform in the digital realm. This new service will provide high-quality virtual staging right inside Matterport 3D models.”
