Masterplanner sought for £900m renewal project

 
Advantage West Midlands, Birmingham council and British Waterways’ public-private partnership ISIS Waterside Regeneration are searching for a masterplanner for the first phase of a £900m sustainable community.
 
 
The trio want to put 4,000 homes and 1m sq ft of offices on 52 acres of derelict land at Icknield Port Loop, close to Birmingham city centre.
 
 
A winning party will be selected by August.
