Maslow Capital has provided a £26m loan to Forshaw Land & Property Group to build a 160-home residential scheme on Derwent Street, Salford.
The 17-storey development will provide a mix of one-to-three-bedroom homes.
Pavilion Wharf will include amenities such as a gymnasium, a residents’ lounge, co-working spaces, concierge services, a post room and 14 car parking spaces.
The £26m loan is Maslow Capital’s second facility to the developer. Its previous partnership saw the delivery of a 66-home scheme in Manchester 2019.
