Landlord Martinge AG has sold die-cast firm Melloy a 60,000 sq ft unit at Treforest Industrial estate, near Pontypridd, South Wales.
Melloy, which has relocated from Pontyclun, Bridgend, has bought the unit at undisclosed terms.
