Marketing company Hogarth Worldwide has signed for 9,000 sq ft at a private-owned office block near Angel.
The WPP-owned marketing and production specialist has signed a five-year lease for the building at 24 Wenlock Road, N1, and will pay £42.50 per sq ft.
Joint agents for the building are Compton, Belchak Corin & Co and Pilcher London. The acquiring agent was Mark Kleinman.
Hogarth will move from its current office on Shaftesbury Avenue, becoming the latest tech-oriented tenant to move to the City fringe.
Elliot Stern, co-founder of Compton, described Hogarth as “the perfect tenant for this awesome workspace”.
