German bank BVK Europa Immobilien Specialfonds has bought the Tower Ramparts shopping centre in Ipswich from REIT for £28m.
The deal, announced at today's MAPIC 2002 property exhibition in Cannes, reflects a net initial yield of around 7.5%.
