Manner plans 550-bed Manchester PBSA

Manner plans to build a 550-bed purpose-built student accommodation scheme at the Hotspur Press site in Manchester. The site has an earlier proposal for a 171-home, 28-storey residential development that was approved by Manchester City Council’s planning committee in 2018.
