The 123,000 sq ft office-led block opposite Manchester Town Hall has been put up for sale with a £39m asking price – a 5% yield.
The property is let on a 53-year lease to Manchester city council from 10 April 1981, with a rent of £1.2m subject to five-yearly upwards rent reviews.
Sub-tenants include Trowers and Hamlins, Leech & Co, Workman, Greggs and a Slug and Lettuce bar and restaurant.
Fisk & Co are marketing the property on behalf of a private vendor.
