Drum beats path to Manchester

Lakeside 5500 office development in Cheadle, Manchester, has been bought by Drum Income Plus REIT for £5.4m. DRIP REIT made the purchase of Lakeside 5500 on the Cheadle Royal Business Park from property firm Quorum based on a rental yield of
