The Man from the Pru has paid £10.5m for a brick-manufacturing plant on one of the West Midlands' biggest industrial estates.
The 178,000 sq ft unit, on the 180-acre Hartlebury Trading Estate, near Kidderminster, was sold by The Industrial Trust,
