Mailbox REIT has been pulled from IPSX, as the trading platform is wound down.
The International Property Securities Exchange confirmed this morning that the shares would be withdrawn.
The Mailbox complex in Birmingham was the first property to launch on IPSX in May 2021, more than two years after IPSX was given the green light by the FCA, and after seven months of delays. The IPO raised £25.8m against an original target of £62.5m.
Mailbox REIT announced its intention to cancel its admission in October.
The property has a valuation of £162.5m and occupancy at 96%.
