Magna focuses on microapartments 

Magna Group is developing a £35m PRS scheme in Woking, Surrey, aimed at the microapartment sector. The scheme of 158 flats, known as Cornerstone, is a joint venture with Thameswey Developments. Work on the site will start later this year.
