Maghull Developments has lodged plans for a 106-bed student accommodation development in Liverpool’s city centre.
The Merseyside-based firm wants to convert the office-led listed Hahnemann Building at 42 Hope Street, into a Falconer Chester Hall-designed student accommodation block.
