MAB ticks major Bournemouth Arcade off shopping list

Dutch developer MAB has acquired the freehold interest in the largest retail redevelopment in Bournemouth for more than 10 years, Dalkeith Arcade, from Wimpey Property.

Work has already commenced on the refurbishment of the 7,896 sq m (85,000 sq ft)
