M42 office market speeds up

Birmingham’s moribund M42 office market has awoken with a jolt, with take-up dramatically increasing, according to CBRE.

Take-up and investment activity along the M42 corridor – particularly in the Solihull area between junctions 4 and 6 – picked up dramatically in Q2
