Marks & Spencer and Next have agree to anchor Westfield's £275m Broadway shopping centre in Bradford, Yorkshire.
M&S will take a 63,000 sq ft store, while Next will occupy 32,000 sq ft.
The pair join department store anchor Debenhams.
