BUDGET 2015: Chancellor George Osborne has confirmed that areas of Plymouth and Blackpool will receive Enterprise Zone status.
Blackpool’s new airport will be the focal point of its new Enterprise Zone.
At Plymouth, land at Devonport docks will be turned into a marine industry park.
