LxB Properties has sold a Wickes retail warehouse in Springkerse II, Stirling for £6.75m.
The 30,000sq ft unit was purchased on behalf of Nottingham county council pension fund by Arlington Property Investment Managers.
The deal reflects a yield of 5.75%
