LXB Retail Properties has won consent for two retail schemes totalling 285,000 sq ft in Stafford, West Midlands.
Stafford borough council has given the go-ahead for the edge-of-town developments at Riverside and Kingsmead.
The Riverside project comprises 200,000 sq ft
