LSH strengthens Manchester office with hire from Colliers

Lambert Smith Hampton has appointed a new director in its Manchester office.

James Strong will join the agency’s planning, regeneration and infrastructure team. In his new role, Strong will lead the development consultancy team, where he will be working on a range of projects in the North West and nationwide.

Strong joins from Colliers, where he provided development consultancy advice to clients in the public and private sectors. He has a track record in development viability, agency, masterplanning and feasibility studies.

Chistiaan Flatley, head of LSH’s Manchester office, said: “With a growing roster of development consultancy mandates across the region, James will be a welcome addition to the team as we continue to help our clients unlock new opportunities and deliver maximum value from sites.”

Paul Shuker, head of planning in Manchester, added: “James’s arrival further bolsters our capabilities and reputation in the North West coupled with a time for the region with the levels of multi-sector investment and growth and a clear mandate from the new government to increase housebuilding across the UK.”
