A 120,000 sq ft letting helped push Lambert Smith Hampton to the top of the EG Radius agent rankings for Hampshire.
It transacted 154,011 sq ft of lettings and occupational sales from 1 January to 2 April, while Realest was second with 55,536 sq ft. JLL rounded out the top three, with 31,105 sq ft of space transacted.
The result was revealed by the EG Radius On-Demand Rankings, a new tool to provide a snapshot view of the latest commercial property deals and which agents are landing them across the UK.
