Lambert Smith Hampton has bolstered its property restructuring team with the appointment of a new director in the London office.
James Neale joins from Eddisons and will lead the team’s activities across London.
A qualified LPA receiver, Neale has extensive experience across corporate recovery and property restructuring, having previously held senior positions at Capita Real Estate, Copping Joyce and SHW.
Nick Blackwell, national head of property restructuring at LSH, said: “As we are experiencing an uptick in restructuring activity – many involving complex solutions – we are pleased to add someone of James’s calibre and considerable experience to our team and I look forward to working alongside him.”
LSH’s property restructuring team provides strategic, valuation and agency advice on distressed and non-performing property assets to lenders and insolvency practitioners, often acting as fixed-charge receivers on distressed property assets.
