Lambert Smith Hampton has extended its lead over third-placed Adroit Real Estate Advisors in EG’s leaderboard of industrial deals in the South East to 151,981 sq ft, aided by a 101,299 sq ft letting in Southampton.
The deal, at 22 Oriana Way (pictured), saw Formation Freight take the premises on a 10-year lease commencing on 26 May. Hellier Langston acted for the undisclosed lessor.
CBRE leads the way in the region, having disposed of 1,056,131 sq of industrial space in the year to 1 June. LSH has acted on 781,189 sq ft of deals.
