L+R’s Elephant & Castle office scheme approved

Southwark Council has approved London + Regional Properties’ plans for the redevelopment of Skipton House, SE1. Designed by Piercy & Co, the scheme will create a 13-storey building at 80 London Road, to provide 448,048 sq ft of office space.
