Day Two

people-squeeze-THUMB.jpegIs London’s success starting to become a problem emerged as a key theme as day two kicks off at LREF.

Savills warned that demand for investment properties was driving yields into unsustainable territory. Other signs of the strain were Southbank’s chronic shortage of new stock which Knight Frank warned has now slipped to under a year. There were also warnings that east and west London should stop competing for occupiers.
